PRODUCTS & PRICING
All prices are displayed in Tunisian dinars (TND) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. The applicable price is the one shown at the time your order is confirmed.
ORDERS
Any order placed on our site is firm and final after confirmation. In case of availability issues with an item, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a replacement or refund.
PAYMENT
We accept cash on delivery across Tunisia. Other payment methods may be available depending on current offers.
LIABILITY
Prodige Giftshop shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
